What this website collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards.
This site collects one thing: what you type into the contact form. That is your name, email address, telephone number, the category of matter you choose, and whatever you write in the message.
It is used to answer you and, if you instruct me, to act in the matter. It is not sold, not shared with any third party for marketing, and not used to send you anything you did not ask for. There is no newsletter.
Messages reach my email and a copy is kept on the server so that nothing is lost if mail fails. Anything you later send me as a client is covered by professional confidentiality, which is a stronger obligation than this page.
The site sets one cookie, and only to stop the contact form being abused. There is no advertising and no tracking script. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads; nothing about you is passed to it by me.
To see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where I am not required to keep it, write to contact@bksingh.org.
Please do not send scanned identity documents or payment details through the contact form. Wait for a reply and use the address given there.
