The rules this page follows
Stated openly, because the absence of case results on a lawyer's website is usually mistaken for a lack of them.
Client confidentiality
Instructions, documents and the fact of a retainer are confidential. Naming a matter, even one reported publicly, invites identification of the client alongside it.
Bar Council rules
Advocates in India may not advertise their practice or claim their results. Categories of work may be stated; outcomes may not be paraded.
Honest expectation
A published win rate would mislead more than it informs. Matters differ in record, forum and facts, and a figure conceals all three.
